　　"Recruiting Enterprises" or "Enterprise Membership" refer to the enterprise users who have the recruitment needs and the right to publish recruitment information, search resumes of job seekers or enjoy other services on Leadzp.com through obtaining the qualification of membership by signing the assignment with the website or having the website’s special permission.
　　Job seekers and recruiting enterprises shall be all called users.
　　The Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the users and the website. Users shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement when they browse Leadzp.com and use its services.
　　Leadzp.com (www.leadzp.com) provides a variety of functions and services, including, but not limited to publishing and searching information online for job opportunities (services of the website).
　　The website also shares information on missing person announcements, aiming at conducting productive and professional interaction based on the common experiences and interests of users. Users can create personal files ("files") on the website.
　　The website shall regularly revise the Terms and Conditions by issuing updated versions on the website. Users are suggested to browse regularly and check the latest terms. The terms are binding on users.
